- This promo code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer.
- Free weeks/days are activated only after contracted paid plan days have been utilized.
- Free weeks/days cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value.
- All customers must pay a refundable deposit of AED 200 for the Chiller Bags and ice packs used for delivery before starting their meal plan.
- In the event of cancellation or refund of a plan, any un availed Free weeks/days cannot be exchanged as a cash refund or credit.
