Terms & Conditions of all 1 and 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable

No freezing periods on 1 month memberships

Up to 2 week freezing period allowed only on 3 month memberships.

To freeze a 3 month membership, an email must be sent to info@circuitfactory.ae beforehand.

Trial Week Pass STARTS on date of purchase and runs for 7 consecutive days.

Promotional activities happen throughout the year and will always state the latest activation date.

Terms & Conditions for 5 & 10 Class Packs

Class Packs START on day of purchase

5 Class Packs are valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

10 Class Packs are valid for 60 days from date of purchase.

Terms & Conditions for DROP IN attendees

Drop In purchases are valid for any class.

Drop In credit expires 7 days after purchase if not used.

Drop In credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
For HYROX and STRENGTH&CONDITIONING classes late arrivals risk being turned away from class for safety reasons.
Participants are responsible for their own well-being during classes.
Circuit Factory is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during class participation.
Please ensure you are fit for physical activity and consult a healthcare professional prior to attending if needed.
