Terms & Conditions of all 1, 2, 3 and 6 MONTHS MEMBERSHIPS
(includes discounted memberships and partner memberships)

 

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable 

  • Memberships START on date of purchase 

  • No freezing periods on 1 month memberships

  • Up to 1 week freezing period allowed once only on 2 month memberships 

  • Up to 2 week freezing period allowed once only on 3 month memberships

  • 6 month memberships allow freezing twice in the period, up to 7 days each time.

  • To freeze a 2, 3 or 6 month membership, an email must be sent to info@circuitfactory.ae beforehand

Terms & Conditions for Newbie Memberships (499)

  • Newbie Memberships are available to purchase up to 14 days from usage of trial week pass.

  • Memberships START on date of purchase

  • No freezing periods 

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable


Terms & Conditions for Promotional Memberships 

  • Promotional activities happen throughout the year and will always state the latest activation date. 

  • No freezing periods on 1 month memberships 

  • Up to 1 week freezing period allowed once only on 2 month memberships 

  • Up to 2 week freezing period allowed once only on 3 month memberships

  • Promotional memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable

Terms & Conditions for 5 & 10 Class Packs
(includes discounted class packs)

  • Class Packs START on day of purchase 

  • 5 Class Packs are valid for 5 weeks 

  • 10 Class Packs are valid for 7 weeks 

  • No freezing periods 

  • Class Packs are non-refundable and non-transferrable

Terms & Conditions for DIC Founder - Annual Membership

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable 

  • Memberships can be started up September 1st 2023 latest.

  • ​No freezing is allowed on this membership type.

  • Membership will waive all Challenge Sign Up Fees during validity.

  • Membership allows training in all locations.

Terms & Conditions for DIC 365

  • Valid for classes in DIC only 

  • Any member or non-member can purchase if not on a current membership 

  • Membership must be activated by 30th November 2023 

  • No freezing or transfer of membership during the term

Terms & Conditions for 1+1 ELEVEN Single's Day  membership

  • Buy any full-priced 1,2,3 or 6 month membership and get 1 month FREE to gift to any non-member

  • Buy any full-priced 5 or 10 class-pack and get another class-pack to gift to any non-member

  • Non-member is classed as a newbie or a person who has not trained at CF for 6 months+ 

  • FREE membership must be activated by 31st December 2023

  • Not valid on DIC 365, GAA, Teacher & Crew, Annual, Student, TECOM or any other discounted rates

  • No freezing or transfer on FREE membership

Terms & Conditions for The ONE 2024 annual membership

  • The ONE can be purchased as a single annual @ AED 4999 or partner annual @ AED 8999. 

  • Can be purchased via TABBY.

  • This membership must be activated by 8th Jan 2024 

  • No freezing allowed.

  • Current members can upgrade this membership to the single annual by paying the difference (membership start date remains the same and runs for 12 months) 

  • Includes all locations & class timings 

  • Membership will waive all Challenge Sign Up Fees during validity.
