I recently took the Challenge and decided to take a few selfie pics of my progress. The scales and tape are all well and good, but let’s be honest, we want to see physical changes – and the selfies do exactly that. Pix flick the vanity bean, affirms progress, and it’s motivating, because you're creating your own story. You literally see the least liked parts of your body melting before your very eyes.

I have an album in my phone that looks like this...

It doesn't matter how frequently you take the pics. You can do a pic a day, once a week, or one at start and end. Here is what you do:

1) Find a room with plenty of light.

2) Get a bit naked.

3) Set the camera in exactly the same place / angle. Always stand exactly the same distance from the phone. Mark the floor with something to ensure you're always on the same spot.

4) Set the timer on your phone to 10 seconds.

5) Snap the pic.

So your photos don't get lost, store them in an album on your smartphone (easy).

Now just sit back and watch your transformation unfold.
